How long will it take to receive my order?
All the artworks created by Buba & Mac® are made upon request. Since you place your order until you receive the customized product at home, 15 days will pass. The process of creating the customized portrait and printing it is done in three phases:
Phase 1 -> Graphic creation: 48 hours since you place the order
Phase 2 -> Creation and printing the product: 3/5 working days
Phase 3 -> Shipping the product, it will take ¾ working days since the printing until shipping the product.
Customized digital products (sent by email) 48 – 72 hours
Other not customized products 24 – 48 hours

What kind of shipping is available?
To ensure a fast delivery of your order, Buba & Mac® trusts only the best express couriers SDA, DHL, GLS, selected according to the destination region and the type of product. The shipping fees of your order will be visible in your shopping cart and they will be charged along with the cost of your order at the moment you make the payment. Nothing will be owed to the courier upon delivery of your package. Duties, if due according to the destination region, will be borne by the Client.
Do you have shipping abroad?
Of course! We want to offer quality products to the pet lovers from all over the world. The prices and shipping times vary according to the region.
Custom duties for shipping outside the EU
When the orders are placed in Italy and in other EU countries, the VAT is included in the price and no further taxes or additional costs will be added after placing the order. If the orders are placed outside the EU, the importer (the client) is required to pay custom taxed and VAT over the imports. Generally, the courier or Customs contacts the client when the package arrives to the destination country and request the custom duties or import VAT before the package is allowed to leave Customs. Remember that if you send a gift outside the EU, these taxes will be charged to the recipient. If you need more information regarding custom taxes and import VAT, contact the country’s Custom office where you wish to send the product.
