Can I request a refund?
According to art. 59 of the Legislative Decree 206/2005 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal of the products sold in is not allowed because it is a supply of goods and services tailor-made and clearly customized.
As we sell unique and customized products, made upon our clients’ request, we cannot accept returns or changes in products. We don’t assume any responsibility in case the client ordered an incorrect format or made a mistake in the design phase of the artwork, for example, a spelling error, choosing a wrong color theme, an omission, etc. Once an artwork is printed, it will be too late to make any modification or accept a return.
Obviously, we assume full responsibility in the cause of a product that is wrongly printed, presents defects in the material, it is defective or has suffered damages during transportation. Get in touch with our Customer Service at
We cannot offer returns due to the type of customized artistic product we create. Your artwork is a personal and unique product of your pet.
Please contact us if you are not satisfied with the artistic product or for any other problem. Our client’s satisfaction is very important to us and we always do our best for you to be completely satisfied and happy with the result.
If you have received the wrong product, the wrong sizes, the incorrect printing or the product has been damaged during transportation, contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order at Customer Service at and attach photos of the received product. We will send you a replacement.

Can I return a product if I am not convinced of the purchase?
Because they are products created following the client’s instructions, the right of withdrawal is excluded according to article 59 letter c) of the Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
