Can I change my order?
You can change your order within 1 hour after placing it. I you have placed your order more than 1 hour ago, we cannot guarantee we can change it. The reason for this is that our artists start working as soon as you place your order.
We are committed to guaranteeing you are satisfied with the final product. If for any reason you don’t like it, contact our support team at info@bubaandmac.com and we will do our best to help you. If you are not particularly satisfied with the artwork, we will verify if you have sent a photo following our photographic suggestions. If you haven’t followed our guidelines, we probably won’t be able to help you. If you have followed our guidelines and it is clear that we have missed something, we will correct it and will send you a replacement.
We use the exact photo you send during our design process. If the photo is not high quality, it is possible your design won’t be either.

Can I cancel my order?
We start working in each order immediately after it has been placed, for this reason you can only cancel your order within 1 hour since the moment you placed the order, no questions asked.
Any cancelation request sent after the period of 1 hour will be accepted discretionarily. If it is accepted, it will be subject to a cancelation fee of 20%. This is because our artists will have already been working some time in the artwork.
The orders that have been already sent for printing will not be cancelled under any circumstance.

Can I cancel my order after receiving it?
It is not possible to cancel an order once it is completed and delivered.

What happens if I don’t like the artwork?
You will like our artwork ?
We are committed to guaranteeing you are satisfied with the final product. If for any reason you don’t like it, contact our support team at info@babaandmac.com and we will do our best to help you. We have a series of guarantees to make sure you will love your unique artwork. These include: Photographic projection once the order is received.
Sending emails to clients to whom we request a new photo.
Internal artwork reviews of all the pets’ portraits to guarantee great attention to detail.
The opportunity to purchase the design’s approval as an additional complement to the order in order for the client to be able to see and approve again or request modifications to the graphics before sending them to print.
If you are not particularly satisfied with the graphics, we will have to make a series of controls. Take into consideration that:
If the photograph you have given is did not follow the photo guidelines, we will not be able to offer a review/substitution of the graphic. It is your responsibility to provide the photos in accordance with our photographic guidelines.
If you have ordered a graphic review but you have not responded within the specified period of 3 days to provide your modification requests of the graphic, we will not be able to offer you a review or graphic replacement.
If you have ordered a graphic review and you have provided your change requests within the 3 days’ time limit, but you think we have not made the desired changes, we will take care of that. If you are correct, we will issue a review and graphic replacement.
If you are not particularly satisfied with the artwork, we will verify you sent a photo following our photograph advices. If you have not followed our guidelines, we probably won’t be able to help you. If you have followed our guidelines and it is clear we missed something, we will correct it and sent you a replacement.
